Service Description

Children will learn the R.A.D. Grade 4 syllabus, which includes the full set of barre exercises. Centre work will be based on steps learnt at the barre – Plié, Tendu, Grand Battement, with emphasis on dance quality and performance skills. Students will learn Pirouettes (turns) and more complex jumps with changes in Ballet positions like Echappé, Soubresauts, Jeté and Grand allegro, as well as Character dance. Attire: Girls - pink or black leotard with pink ballet tights. Leather ballet slippers. Hair should be tied back into a ballet bun. No jewelry. Boys: White t-shirt with black tights, white socks and black leather ballet slippers. This will be an 11 week program beginning April 7, 2025. $270 for 11 weeks - or please inquire about pricing if joining after April 7.
